Sewing Book

With school over and few other commitments I got to deep cleaning the house and some much needed organizing. One of the things I have wanted to do for a while is make a neater home for all my pins and needles which I carry around attached to strips of fabric and stuffed into a stainless steel container that has no lid. Not ideal! I cut a small piece of screen printed fabric and a few pieces of wool batting and 30 minutes later I had a neat new home. Having a neat and organised place for each thing brings a little peace and calmness to my life!

  3. Yes a little organization can make a whole difference. And nothing beats making things for ourselves, which we hardly do. It is beautiful, Jo.

  5. That’s a nice idea and good design. I am used to put needles in a small glass (transparent) jar.
